نبحث عن مدير تسويق وإدارة مجتمع مبدع لقيادة الأنشطة التسويقية وتعزيز حضور شركة TrustU Delivery في السوق. سيكون المرشح مسؤولاً عن بناء الهوية الرقمية للشركة، وإدارة قنوات التواصل الاجتماعي، وتطوير الحملات التسويقية التي تدعم نمو العملاء وزيادة الوعي بالعلامة التجارية.
المهام الرئيسية
- إعداد وتنفيذ الخطط والاستراتيجيات التسويقية بما يتوافق مع أهداف الشركة.
- إدارة حسابات التواصل الاجتماعي وإنشاء محتوى احترافي وجذاب.
- متابعة الحملات الإعلانية الرقمية وتحليل نتائجها وتحسين أدائها.
- بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء والتفاعل مع المجتمع الرقمي والرد على الاستفسارات.
- إعداد التقارير التسويقية الدورية وقياس مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية.
- التعاون مع فرق المبيعات والعمليات لتحقيق أهداف النمو والتوسع.
المتطلبات
- خبرة في التسويق الرقمي وإدارة منصات التواصل الاجتماعي.
- معرفة جيدة بأدوات الإعلان الرقمي مثل Google Ads و Meta Ads.
- مهارات قوية في صناعة المحتوى والتصميم والتواصل.
- القدرة على تحليل البيانات وإعداد التقارير التسويقية.
- الإبداع والقدرة على إدارة عدة مشاريع في وقت واحد.

Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Passion for software products
- Perfect written English
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Valid work permit for Belgium
Nice to have
- Experience in writing online content
- Additional languages
- Google Adwords experience
- Strong analytical skills
