We are looking for a customer service representative with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers to join the TrustU Delivery team. They will be responsible for following up on customer and merchant inquiries, resolving issues quickly and professionally, and ensuring a distinctive service experience that enhances trust and satisfaction. Main tasks Responding to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email. Following up on orders and shipments and updating customers on order status. Handling complaints and feedback and working to resolve them efficiently. Coordinating with operations and delivery teams to ensure service quality. Documenting customer data and continuously updating records. 

Contributing to improving the customer experience and increasing their satisfaction. Required qualifications Strong communication skills and a high ability to persuade and solve problems. Politeness and professionalism in dealing with customers. Ability to work within a team and handle work pressure. Proficiency in using computers and electronic systems.
