نبحث عن موظف خدمة عملاء يتمتع بمهارات تواصل ممتازة وشغف بمساعدة العملاء للانضمام إلى فريق TrustU Delivery. سيكون مسؤولاً عن متابعة استفسارات العملاء والتجار، حل المشكلات بسرعة واحترافية، وضمان تقديم تجربة خدمة مميزة تعزز الثقة والرضا.المهام الرئيسية الرد على استفسارات العملاء عبر الهاتف وواتساب والبريد الإلكتروني. متابعة الطلبات والشحنات وتحديث العملاء بحالة الطلب. معالجة الشكاوى والملاحظات والعمل على حلها بكفاءة. التنسيق مع فرق العمليات والتوصيل لضمان جودة الخدمة. توثيق بيانات العملاء والتحديث المستمر للسجلات.
المساهمة في تحسين تجربة العملاء ورفع مستوى رضاهم. المؤهلات المطلوبة مهارات تواصل قوية وقدرة عالية على الإقناع وحل المشكلات. اللباقة والاحترافية في التعامل مع العملاء. القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق وتحمل ضغط العمل. إجادة استخدام الحاسوب والأنظمة الإلكترونية. يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في خدمة العملاء أو مراكز الاتصال. ما نقدمه بيئة عمل احترافية ومحفزة. فرص للتطوير والتقدم الوظيفي. تدريب مستمر على خدمة العملاء وإدارة العمليات. فرصة للمساهمة في نمو شركة رائدة في مجال التوصيل والخدمات اللوجستية
Responsibilities
- Lead the entire sales cycle

- Master demos of our software
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Passion for software products
- Perfect written English
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Valid work permit for Belgium
Nice to have
- Experience in writing online content
- Additional languages
- Google Adwords experience
- Strong analytical skills
